Dr. Fleischer is certified to participate in the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program. If you have been diagnosed in the past or are diagnosed during your appointment with a state approved “serious medical condition,” Dr. Fleischer can approve your Medical Marijuana ID Card.
