TMS is a non-invasive, FDA-cleared treatment for depression that can provide relief when medications alone have not been effective.

Dr. Fleischer serves as Medical Director of a multi-level clinical team of mental health providers based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. His leadership emphasizes high-quality, coordinated care across outpatient and long-term care settings.
He is a member of the Medical Staff at Abington Hospital – Jefferson Health and Chestnut Hill Hospital, and provides psychiatric consultation to numerous nursing homes and assisted living facilities throughout the region. Dr. Fleischer earned his medical degree from Hahnemann Medical College, where he completed his internship and residency in Psychiatry and served as Chief Resident. He remains actively involved in medical education as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry & Human Behavior at Jefferson Medical College and has served as a Clinical Preceptor for Drexel University College of Nursing Master’s Program.
